The first video should be recorded before using our product, clearly displaying the current date, which will help us verify its authenticity. In the second video, recorded after 15 days of regular product use, please again ensure that the date is visible.

Upon receiving your videos, we will carefully review them to ensure that they meet our requirements. If everything aligns correctly, we will process your refund promptly, excluding any delivery charges that may have been incurred.
